Without question, Emily was instrumental in me getting into every school that I applied. Without her help I simply would not have had nearly the same amount of success. I was at first wary about working with an MBA consultant because of the cost, but looking back, the level of success I had throughout the process was indelibly linked to Emily’s guidance and was completely worth it.
I usually feel confident writing essays, but the truth is that MBA applications require a style quite dissimilar from what I had been used to. Emily’s suggestions were made in a kind and encouraging way. She helped me realize how I needed to tailor my writing without changing my personal style. She was also great at helping me craft my story in a way that made my unconventional background a strength of my application. This was especially helpful to me as a career switcher. Before I submitted my applications, I compared my first draft that I completed before enlisting Emily’s help to my final product. It was amazing how far I came! The same could also be said for the work that Emily did with me on my resume.
Beyond essays, Emily is thorough with interview preparation. Because she was so thorough, I was completely prepared. Getting into an MBA program is difficult, but deciding which admissions offer to accept can actually be equally as challenging. Emily helped me take my personal bias out of the equation so I could look at each prospective school holistically. Looking back, I feel that Emily’s services were absolutely worth the investment. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone considering an MBA consultant because I can say with certainty that I would not have had the same amount of success without her help. Thank you, Emily!
