Tyler Cormney, Co-Founder
Tyler is a graduate of Harvard Business School and an experienced MBA admissions consultant who has helped thousands of MBA applicants get into the schools of their dreams. He is a co-founder of MBA Prep School and the principal author of our courses.
Chris Aitken, Co-Founder
Chris is a co-founder of MBA Prep School, co-author of our courses, co-author of How to Apply for an MBA, the essential guide to earning an acceptance letter from the world’s best business schools, and has helped numerous clients earn acceptances to the world’s top business schools.
Adam
Adam is particularly well-matched with those who do not necessarily fit the standard MBA mould, including those with non-traditional backgrounds, those applying for joint-degree programs, those coming from or interested in the public/social sector, and those applying at an older than average age. He holds an MBA from Kellogg and an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Brett
Brett has over 15 years experience advising successful MBA applicants. After completing her MBA at Wharton, Brett served on the Wharton Admissions Committee, reading hundreds of applications, interviewing applicants across the globe and gaining an inside perspective into the admissions process at one of the world’s most competitive programs.
Cameron
Cameron is an experienced marketer, entrepreneur, and writer, and has helped clients earn admission to Wharton, HBS, and Stanford GSB. He holds a BA, a BS, and an MBA from Stanford University.
Christine
Christine has more than 20 years in admissions, the last 16 in MBA admissions. Few consultants have read as many or as diverse a subset of applications! Christine crossed over to admissions consulting to help people tell their story, find what differentiates them, and provide the crucial help unique candidates need to earn acceptances to their dream school.

Chris has many years of MBA admissions consulting experience under his belt, having helped clients gain acceptance to Stanford, Wharton, Columbia, MIT, Northwestern, Yale, and several other top business schools. He graduated from Columbia Business School and was previously an interviewer for the institution as an alumni Ambassador.
Court
Court is a Harvard Business School MBA who, for nearly 20 years, has helped prospective students from the U.S., Latin America and Europe shape applications that stand out from the crowd. Trained as a journalist at the University of Texas at Austin, he understands the secrets of good storytelling.
Emily
Emily has advised clients from around the world in gaining admission to highly selective MBA programs. Prior to business school, Emily worked for a hedge fund specialized in emerging markets.
Erin
Erin draws on her experience inside the admissions office at a leading MBA program in advising her clients. Erin began her MBA admissions career at Columbia Business School, where she served as a member of the admissions committee for three years.
Faisal
Faisal previously worked in the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Admissions Office, assessing and interviewing candidates for admission. He has has spent thirteen years in admissions consulting, helping candidates get in to all of the top business schools around the world. He specializes in helping career changers translate their rich global experiences into compelling, MBA-relevant applications. He is a graduate of the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
Kevin
Kevin has an eclectic background ranging from enterprise tech software to pet retail! Kevin has 3 degrees from Stanford and bleeds Cardinal red. With over 15 years experience in MBA Admissions Consulting and hailing from a First Gen Low Income background himself, Kevin has a particular passion for helping students first gen, low income, military, LGBTQ, female and immigrant candidates.
Kristen
Kristen is passionate about demystifying the application process for her clients and preventing costly mistakes that jeopardize their candidacy. After an eight-year career in admissions at MIT Sloan, she enjoys helping applicants craft their unique story and show their authentic selves to the Admissions Committee.
Lorraine
Lorraine has over a decade of experience advising MBA candidates and has helped countless MBA-bound analysts at the top-tier consulting firms she worked for including Bain & Company. Lorraine is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Santosh
Santosh has served over 100 clients from diverse industries and demographic backgrounds. In addition, he served on the Student Admissions Committee while he was an MBA student at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Stephen
Stephen is an alumnus of The Wharton School and Lauder Institute, where he earned an MBA in entrepreneurial management and MA in international studies with a specialization in French in 2017. He brings admissions experience as an application reader at the Lauder Institute, having evaluated the candidacies of dozens of applicants for the prestigious dual-degree program.
Zainep
Zainep found her calling in admissions consulting – she enjoys connecting with driven professionals to understand what motivates them professionally and personally, and helping them articulate that vision to admissions officers at top MBA programs! Zainep has 10+ years of experience across digital marketing at Google, consulting at McKinsey, and running digital marketing/sales teams in the telecom industry.
