Tyler is a graduate of Harvard Business School and an experienced MBA admissions consultant who has helped thousands of MBA applicants get into the schools of their dreams. He is a co-founder of MBA Prep School and the principal author of our courses.
Chris Aitken, Co-Founder (University of New South Wales)
Chris is a co-founder of MBA Prep School, co-author of our courses, co-author of How to Get an MBA, the essential guide to earning an acceptance letter from the world’s best business schools, and has helped numerous clients earn acceptances to the world’s top business schools.
Adam (Kellogg; Harvard University)
Adam is particularly well-matched with those who do not necessarily fit the standard MBA mold, including those with non-traditional backgrounds, those applying for joint-degree programs, those coming from or interested in the public/social sector, and those applying at an older than average age. He holds an MBA from Kellogg and an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Brett has over 15 years experience advising successful MBA applicants. She serves as an admissions interviewer and mentor for UT Austin’s undergraduate program. Emily (Former Columbia Admissions Liaison, Columbia MBA)
Emily has advised clients from around the world in gaining admission to highly selective MBA programs. Prior to business school, Emily worked for a hedge fund specialized in emerging markets.

Erin draws on her experience inside the admissions office at a leading MBA program in advising her clients. Erin began her MBA admissions career at Columbia Business School, where she served as a member of the admissions committee for three years.
Esther (Former Booth Admissions Officer, Kellogg MBA)
While at Chicago Booth, Esther also recruited, trained and supervised the school’s alumni interviewers and student evaluators. She also managed its Scholars’ Program which is similar to HBS’ 2+2. A specialist in leadership storytelling, Esther received her MBA from Kellogg.
Faisal (Chicago Booth; former Booth Admissions Office)
Faisal previously worked in the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Admissions Office, assessing and interviewing candidates for admission. She is a graduate of the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles.
For those coming from or looking to pivot to a career in social impact or entrepreneurship, Mark is the consultant for you. He is a serial entrepreneur, most recently co-founding a venture-backed startup. His career has taken him from the fast-paced world of banking to mission-driven work in education reform as a teacher (via Teach For America), football coach, and consultant to various school districts and college access nonprofits.
Russell (Former Duke Admissions Officer)
Russell made the transition to Admissions Consultant after 11+ years at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. His insights into the conversations that take place in Admissions Committee help MBA candidates remove some of the mystery around the MBA application process.
